Effective September 4, 2026. This policy covers this website (the Payton Place Powersports Clarksville site) and how we handle information you share with us here. The short version: we collect what we need to help you buy a bike, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect

What you give usName, phone, email, the unit you're asking about, your comments, and — if you apply — the information you enter in our secure credit application (handled by 700Credit, our financing partner).

What your browser gives usPages viewed, device and browser type, IP address, and advertising click IDs (Facebook fbclid, Google gclid) so we know which ad brought you here.

What we don't collectWe don't run credit checks from this page, we don't store card numbers, and we don't buy data about you from anyone.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, quote a unit, value a trade, or arrange delivery.
To pass your request to our sales team and our dealer management system so the person who calls you already knows what you asked.
To send you text messages and emails you asked for (see our Text Message Terms).
To measure our advertising (which ads led to a conversation, a pre-approval, or a sale) and to show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
To keep the site secure and working.

Cookies & tracking

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They set cookies and may match your activity here to your Facebook or Google account for advertising and measurement. We also keep your ad click ID in your browser's local storage so it can travel with your inquiry. You can block cookies in your browser, use Facebook ad preferences and Google ad settings to limit personalized ads, and the site still works either way.

Who we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us serve you:

Our financing partners — 700Credit (application and pre-qualification), and the credit unions and banks that consider your application.
Our dealer management and CRM systems — Lightspeed DMS and our messaging tools, so your inquiry reaches a salesperson.
Advertising and analytics platforms — Google and Meta, as described above.
Service providers — hosting (Google Cloud), email and text delivery.
When the law requires it — a subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights and yours.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message to opt out; HELP for help.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or tell us.
Access or delete: email privacy@paytonplaceauto.com or call (812) 924-1039 and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it (except records we're required to keep for a completed sale or credit application).
Do Not Sell / Do Not Share: we don't sell personal information. If you'd like us to stop sharing it with ad platforms, tell us at the address above.

Other things

Kids. This site isn't for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Security. The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers; credit applications go straight to 700Credit's secure system and never touch our web server.
Changes. If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Big changes get a notice on the site.
