How you opt inOnly by ticking a box on this site, and every box is optional: no form here needs it, none is pre-checked, and if you leave it unticked we call or email instead. “Text me about my question” on our contact form, for texts about that inquiry; the text box on our trade-in form, for texts about your trade; or “OK to text me about this unit” under Watch This Bike on a unit page, for that unit's details and one text if its price drops or it sells. If you text us first, we reply in that conversation. We never sign you up over the phone or in person.
What you'll getReplies to your inquiry, unit availability and photos, appointment confirmations and reminders, trade-in and financing updates, and a review request after a purchase.
Marketing textsNew arrivals, price drops and deals go only to customers who tick the separate, unchecked box “Also text me new arrivals, price drops and deals” on our contact form. That box is never required, and none of the opt-ins above include it.
How oftenMessage frequency varies with your conversation. Marketing texts, if you opted in to them, are a few per month at most.
What it costsNothing from us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opting out & help
Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting that number; you'll get one text confirming it. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call (812) 924-1039. Opting out of texts doesn't affect a deal in progress — we'll just call or email instead.
The fine print
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- By opting in you confirm you're the account holder for the number you gave us, or have the holder's permission, and that you're 18 or older.
- When you tick a box you are agreeing to texts from Payton Place Powersports itself, directly, on this page — not to texts from any partner, lender or advertiser.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, and are never sold, rented or bought. How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
