Payton Place Powersports South in Clarksville, Indiana is hiring a full-time Sales Professional. Earnings start at $75,000+ a year on commission. You'll help riders across Southern Indiana and the Louisville area find the right ATV, side-by-side, motorcycle or personal watercraft, from the first text to the delivery.

What you'll do
- Greet walk-in customers and find out how they ride, where they ride and what they need
- Answer internet leads, calls and texts quickly — most first contact happens on a phone, not on the lot
- Present and demo new and pre-owned units; know the lineup, the specs and the accessories
- Work trade-ins with the sales manager and walk customers through the numbers clearly and honestly
- Hand off smoothly to finance, then own the delivery so every customer leaves knowing their machine
- Log every conversation, appointment and follow-up in our CRM
- Follow up with past customers and keep your pipeline full
- Help keep the showroom and lot looking sharp
What we're looking for
Must Have
- Driven: you hustle, outwork the competition and never settle for "just enough"
- Accountable: you own your numbers and follow through without being micromanaged
- Solutions-focused: you bring energy and fix problems instead of complaining about them
- Customer-obsessed: you want every buyer to leave happy and send their friends
- A team player: you help when someone needs it and lead when it's called for
- Comfort with a smartphone, a CRM and texting customers
- Available full-time, including Saturdays
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in powersports, auto, RV, marine or retail
- You ride, or you know the riding scene around Southern Indiana and Kentucky
- Experience working internet leads
No powersports background? We'll train the right person.
Pay, schedule & benefits

| Schedule | Full-time, weekends included. Sales hours: Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM, Sun online or by appointment |
| Holidays | New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas off |
| Paid Time Off | 1 week after year one, 2 weeks after year two, 3 weeks after year five |
